​🔍 Check the In-App FAQ First


​Before reaching out, please check the FAQ located in Settings > Legal and Support within the app. It contains detailed logic regarding streak resets, perfect weeks, and common setup questions that may resolve your issue immediately. Specifically, review the updated entries for the StreakSaver (now featuring a 3-day rescue window) and the enhanced benefits of the Remove Ads upgrade.  


​🛠️ Quick Troubleshooting Tips


​App Crashing or Freezing:

If the app becomes unresponsive, please try the following:

​Force Quit: Swipe up from the bottom of your screen and swipe the app away to close it completely, then re-open it.

​Check for Updates: Ensure you are running the latest version from the App Store.

​Restart Your Device: A quick restart of your iPhone or Apple Watch often resolves system-level conflicts.


​StreakSaver & Ads:  

​Button Behavior: The "Save Streak!" button now appears whenever a rescuable miss exists from within the last 3 days. If the video is still loading when you tap, you'll see a brief "Video Not Ready" message—wait a few seconds and try again. 


​Instant Repairs: If you have purchased the "Remove Ads" upgrade, the StreakSaver repairs your streak immediately with no video required.  

​Ads Disabled: If you have declined ad tracking or ads cannot load on your device, you will be offered the Ad-Free upgrade as the privacy-respecting alternative to unlock streak repairs.  


​Apple Watch Sync:

​Connection: Ensure your iPhone and Apple Watch are paired and in range; sync happens peer-to-peer via WatchConnectivity.

​Refresh: If habits don't appear, open the app on your iPhone to refresh the connection and trigger an update.

​Note: The Watch app only displays habits scheduled for the current calendar day.


​Photo Icons on Watch:

​Display: Custom photo icons are currently iPhone-only. Your Apple Watch will display the default SF Symbol you selected for that habit.


​Restore Purchases:

​Re-verify: If you have changed devices, go to Settings > Upgrade > Restore Purchases to re-verify your status. This calls AppStore.sync() to verify your entitlements via your Apple ID. This will restore both your Habitz Pro status and your Remove Ads (Ad-Free) benefits, including instant streak repairs.
