Welcome to the InneRConnect support center. We have compiled answers to the most common questions and troubleshooting steps to help you get the most out of your meditation experience.
GETTING STARTED
How do I start a session?
Tap the glowing orb (the singularity) on the main screen. Sessions default to 20 minutes; you can pick anywhere from 10 to 60 minutes in Settings, then Session Length.
How do I pause and resume?
During a session, double-tap anywhere on the screen to pause. While paused, double-tap again or tap the Resume button on the pause overlay to continue right where you left off.
How do I access Settings?
Tap the gear icon in the top-right when it appears, such as before a session starts or after it ends. During an active session, swipe right from the left edge of the screen instead.
VISUALS AND BREATHING
Should I match my breathing to the visuals?
Absolutely not. The scene moves on a slow 10-minute cycle, which is far slower than a human breath. Breathe naturally and let the visuals set the ambiance.
How do I make the daily quote disappear during a session?
Go to Settings, General, then Quote Text Auto-Fade After 30s to fade the on-screen quote away 30 seconds into your session.
AUDIO AND FREQUENCIES
What are binaural frequencies and are they safe?
Binaural frequencies are specialized audio tracks used to support deep meditation and enhance your relaxation experience. They are generally safe for most users; however, if you have a history of seizures, epilepsy, or serious mental health conditions, please consult your physician before use. As a safety precaution, avoid using these audio features while driving or operating machinery.
How do I manage audio for different packs?
By default, switching to a different pack uses that pack's shipped audio defaults. Turn on Remember Pack Audio in Settings under General if you would rather have each pack remember the music and frequency choices you last picked.
PURCHASES AND RESTORING PACKS
I bought a pack on another device, how do I get it here?
Go to Settings, Account, then Restore Purchases. The Apple ID receipt is the source of truth, so anything you have ever purchased can be restored on any device signed in to that Apple ID.
DATA AND PRIVACY
What data does InneRConnect collect?
None of your personal data leaves your device. Your settings, audio preferences, daily quote rotation, and purchase entitlement cache are all stored locally. There are no accounts and no telemetry.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings, Account, then Delete All Data to wipe every local preference, the daily-quote rotation cache, and the local entitlement cache.
TROUBLESHOOTING
App is Crashing or Freezing
- Verify your device compatibility: InneRConnect requires an iPhone 11 (A13 Bionic chip) or newer running iOS 17 or later.
- Close the app completely by swiping up from the bottom of your screen, pausing in the middle, and swiping the InneRConnect card up and away.
- Restart your iPhone.
- Verify your device has sufficient free storage space.
Visuals are Moving Too Fast or Are Too Bright
InneRConnect honors your iOS accessibility settings.
- To slow down the procedural motion to about 40 percent of normal pace, enable Reduce Motion in your iPhone Settings under Accessibility, then Motion.
- To halve the brightness and dampen bloom effects, enable Reduce Transparency or Dim Flashing Lights in your iPhone settings.
- These changes take effect on the very next rendered frame with no restart required.
